Spirea - Norman - Sale Price: $51.35 Norman Spirea, spiraea japonica 'Norman', is a dwarf and compact spirea with intense rosy pink flowers on a background of mint green foliage. It displays a raspberry-purple to red fall color, lasting approximately one month. ‘Norman’ is easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade.
