The Blueberry Bluecrop, 'Vaccinium corymbosum 'Bluecrop', is a midseason variety whose heavy yields and winter tolerance has made it the top variety used today. Large berries with a bright color hold their size throughout the season. A quality berry for freezing or eating fresh. This variety is popular with both commercial growers and home gardeners. The open and upright bush will exhibit lovely burgundy leaves in the fall. Blueberries are acidic soil lovers.
