Clematis - Blue Light Clematis Blue Light, Clematis 'Blue Light®', is an exceptional Clematis that boasts fully double 5-6 flowers of violet blue. Blue Light is an exceptionally free flowering variety and a nice compact grower. Perfect size for an impressive container planting! Clematis 'Blue Light®', needs a supporting structure to grow properly but will also grow over large shrubs and over walls. Clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply a generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine. Blue Light is a very good performer once established and they take a season or two to get going. Clematis - Niobe - Sale Price: $44.95 The Clematis ‘Niobe’, Jackmanii x group, has dark red petals with gold anthers that blooms in June to July and range in height of 6-10’ and has a spread of 3’. The red flowers are approximately 6-8” wide. Clematis ‘Niobe’ received the Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society and one can see why! The prominent dark red flowers of this clematis are outstanding and bloom heavily from late spring to late summer. The foliage is dark green and makes a great contrast with the flower color. This new dynamic, vibrant, blue hosta has a tall, upright form and forms a huge 48” clump! The 'Queen of the Seas' displays large, blue-green leaves that have wavy pie-crust margins, and are heart shaped. The near white flowers are produced in early to midsummer. Coral bells are grown more for their foliage color but the small blooms that they contain will attract hummingbirds.
