Cotoneaster - Northern Bordersâ„¢
The Cotoneaster 'Northern Borders', Cotoneaster horizontalis 'Variegatus', is a slow growing, semi-evergreen groundcover with green leaves edged in white. It provides four seasons of interest: in spring this cotoneaster has rosy buds that open to tiny white flowers along the cinnamon-colored twigs. Later, the plant is laden with shiny scarlet fruit (¼ inch) liberally sprinkled throughout. These berries add color throughout winter, and provide food for songbirds and wildlife. The lovely, orange-red fall color compliments the shiny red fruit outstanding blue-green foliage rimmed in white produces an overall silver effect in the landscape. During winter the 'Northern Border' loses its leaves, revealing the celebrated fan or herringbone branch pattern for which this species is known. Thriving in full sun, this cotoneaster has a wide tolerance of soil types and moisture levels. Zones 5-8

Daylily - Siloam Peony Display - DetailsDaylily - Siloam Peony Display - Sale Price: $39.95
Hemerocallis Siloam Peony Display, Hemerocallis 'Siloam Peony Display', looks like a peony but lasts much longer than one.  The plants are so packed with petals that they look like peonies that bloom in the summer! The fragrant blooms measure up to 6 inches across and have a rose blush band near the center of the flower.  These huge fully double, ruffled, peach colored blooms flower in midsummer and then again later in the season. ‘Siloam Peony Display’ will bloom up to 16 hours for a full day, and being an extended bloomer, it produces a continuous big show in your garden with its wonderfully fragrant double flowers. Use this exciting daylily for color in shrub borders and in perennial beds.  Once established, it can also be an excellent groundcover on slopes because it has roots that hold soil against erosion; attracts butterflies.  ‘Siloam Peony Display’ makes a beautiful “peony looking” floral arrangement. Divide this daylily every 3-5 years, or when the number of flower buds and the size of bloom begin to decline.   Deadheading spent buds and removing old scapes will improve overall look, but not improve plant performance.    Individual flowers last only one day, but since each plant produces many buds, the total blooming time of a well-established clump may last more than a month.   ‘Siloam Peony Display’ produces exotic blooms one after another for several weeks! * Peony-like flowers * Extended bloomer

Grass - Burgundy Bunny - DetailsGrass - Burgundy Bunny - Sale Price: $51.35
Pennisetum Burgundy Bunny, Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Burgundy Bunny', is a warm season grass, so where temperatures get colder than -10 degrees F, this plant is considered an annual. Warm-season grasses need warm soil to begin their growth, so Burgundy Bunny won't start growing until mid to late spring or even early summer. This miniature fountain grass will turn shades of brown as the weather turns colder. Once this happens, and you live in an area where this grass will survive the winter, trim back to a few inches tall. You can leave the dried grasses and seed heads in your garden for winter interest; covered with snow, this ornamental grass can be quite striking. If this grass needs dividing, do so anytime in the spring through mid-summer. This miniature cutie exhibits an impressive display in containers or the front of the border. Burgundy Bunny forms a petite habit with narrow green leaves with a hint of red, and produces small tufted cream flower plumes in late summer. You will be delighted with its blazing red color in the fall! Red Fall Color!
