Hosta - Queen of the Seas - Sale Price: $39.95 Hosta Queen of the Seas, Hosta 'Queen of the Seas', lets you make a statement in your garden.  This new dynamic, vibrant, blue hosta has a tall, upright form and forms a huge 48” clump! The 'Queen of the Seas' displays large, blue-green leaves that have wavy pie-crust margins, and are heart shaped. The near white flowers are produced in early to midsummer. Hosta 'Queen of the Seas' won the Best of Show award at the 1997 American Hosta Society national convention! In midsummer, the 'Queen of the Seas' clumps are topped with 3' spikes of lavender flowers.  In warmer southern zones, the color may deepen to green in summer. Hostas grow best in moist, well-drained, highly organic soils with a pH between 5.5 and 7.5.  Sandy loam is better than clay because it provides more aeration for the roots.  It is best to keep areas around hostas clear of excess leaf debris to reduce the presence of slugs and snails.  Plant this low care plant in an area that receives the right amount of light.  The leaves need some morning sun to bring out the best coloration; too much sun will burn the leaves.  'Queen of the Seas' is most at home in shady, woodland settings and often works well as specimen or edging plants. Tiarella - Neon Lights Foam Flower - Sale Price: $56.95 The Tiarella Neon Lights, 'Tiarella hybrid', PPAF, also known as Foamflower, is becoming one of the most popular shade perennials on the market today. ‘Neon Lights’ has deeply cut fuzzy green foliage. Coreopsis - Crème Brulee - Sale Price: $39.95 The Coreopsis ‘Crème Brulee’ is new to the market and has bright deep yellow flowers that blooms from June through October.  Belonging to the Tickseed family, ‘Crème Brulee’ has larger flowers than most Coreopsis in its family. (PPAF) ‘Crème Brulee’ has a plant height of 24” and a spread of 18”.  The bright green thread leaf foliage makes a great contrast with the flower color.  The large flowers occur all along the stems rather than just above the foliage, giving a fuller overall appearance. ‘Crème Brulee’ should be planted in full sun.  It is drought-tolerant and tough but does need well-drained soil.  The foliage is mildew-resistant and should be cut backing early and late summer to extend the bloom period.
