Ferti-lome's Blooming and Rooting Soluble Plant Food is a highly concentrated formula designed to increase the performance of most plants, trees, or shrubs. This 9-59-8 mix not only can help root growth, but it also promotes larger blooms on flowering trees and shrubs, as well as roses and even tomatoes. This blend can be used as a rooting solution, as a soil additive at the time of plants, and as a feeding for established plants and trees. Apply 1 teaspoon in a gallon of water for container grown plants, or 2 tablespoons in a gallon of water for outdoor plants. Comes in a 1.5 pound container.
