Hosta - Regal Splendor - Sale Price: $56.95 Hosta Regal Splendor, Hosta 'Regal Splendor', is a stunning sport of Hosta 'Krossa Regal'.  It demonstrates the same upright vase shaped habit as 'Krossa Regal', but the frosty blue leaves are edged with a creamy yellow margin.  This very elegant looking host provides tall stems of lavender flowers that appear in August. 'Regal Splendor' received the 2003 American Hosta Growers Group Hosta of the Year.  Once it has matured, 'Regal Splendor' is definitely one of the most beautiful hostas in the garden! Clematis - Dr. Ruppel - Sale Price: $42.75 Clematis Dr. Ruppel, Clematis 'Dr. Ruppel', features deep rose-pink 8 inch flowers that have petals with bold carmine-red central bars. Wonderfully free flowering plants bloom in late spring and again in late summer. Its compact habit makes 'Dr. Ruppel' one of the best for container growing. It is also known for its large attractive spherical seed heads. Good cut flower variety. Awarded Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit. Clematis 'Dr. Ruppel' needs a supporting structure to grow properly but will also grow over large shrubs, over walls, cover stumps, and make perfect cover ups for unsightly service areas. Clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply a generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine.
