Juniper - Mint Julep Juniper - Mint Julep, Juniper - Mint Julep, is an outstanding, evergreen shrub with dense, upright branches clothed in sharply pointed, bright green needles. It is grown mostly for its brilliant mint-green foliage. Mint Julep is a constant performer in all climates and works well as a ground cover, hedge, screen or windbreak and requires little maintenance. It also makes a great facer plant for taller flowering shrubs. It has arching branches; fountain-like form; grows 4 to 6 feet high, and has a greater spread.
