Lilac - Wonderblue
Wonderblue Lilac, Syringa vulgaris 'Wonderblue', is a variety of lilac that is a slower grower and the branching is compact. It produces single, sky-blue flowers of good fragrance that are excellent for cutting. The small mounded shape lends itself to use in limited spaces of the landscape. This semi-dwarf, upright, oval shaped cultivar is expected to grow into a suckering shrub that reaches 4-5 feet tall and 5-6 feet in width. This plant is attractive to bees, butterflies and/or birds and requires average water needs; water regularly; do not overwater. Wonderblue prefers full sun, good drainage and air circulation. It tolerates light shade, but best bloom is in full sun. It can be used in many situations, including shrub borders, informal hedges and perennial borders. Being very showy and fragrant, it makes a wonderful screen or border specimen! Unique Flower Color! Semi-Dwarf Lilac!

Double Flowering Plum - DetailsDouble Flowering Plum - Sale Price: $64.25
A familiar sight across the northeast quarter of the U.S in May is the Double Flowering Plum, a cold-hardy shrub that puts on quite a show with its gorgeous double candy-pink flowers blanketing each branch with blooms. It tends toward a round shape, is a robust grower and will withstand wind and cold winters well. The foliage is more of a medium grass-green than dark green, and turns to an attractive yellow-bronze color in the fall. The Double Flowering Plum can take a lot of abuse in terms of soil condition, but it does need good sun, good drainage and ample room to perform at its best. It can also be pruned and trained into a tree form. The Double Flowering plum does not produce fruit and it does not tolerate road salt. Zones 3-8 Gorgeous Flowers!

Viburnum - American Cranberrybush - DetailsViburnum - American Cranberrybush - Sale Price: $54.25
American Cranberrybush, viburnum trilobum, is a large, attractive and hardy shrub with big white flower clusters in late May, and then produces abundant scarlet berries in fall. The berries hang on into winter and provide food for birds. Dark green foliage develops an outstanding red fall color.  It does best on well-drained sites with better than average moisture. Use as a specimen plant or effective in small masses and borders. American Cranberrybush is round-topped and fairly dense under cultivation, but can be poorly branched and open in native habitat. Cranberrybush Viburnum prefers a rich soil with ample moisture. It does well in full sun or shade and can become leggy and requires occasional renewal pruning to keep it in good form. It grows 10-12 feet tall and as wide and makes an excellent deciduous shrub for screening. * Berries for wildlife * Fall color

Dogwood - Red Twigged - DetailsDogwood - Red Twigged - Sale Price: $54.25
Whether you call it a Redtwig, Redstem, Redosier or Red Osier, this stunning dogwood’s red winter bark just make the winter a lot less dreary. It is perfect for a shady spot, near a tree line or on the north side of a house, but will do equally well in full sun as a hedge or in a group. Needs attentive watering; leaves can wilt in very hot sun, which may be mistaken for thirstiness. The red-twigged dogwood offers interest year-‘round: milky white flowers in spring, then soothing green foliage in spring and summer, cabernet-wine colored leaves in fall, and its signature deep red bark in winter. In early spring, cut the shrub back to four to six inches from the ground to ensure a perennial show of red stems over the coming winters. The clustered fruits are low in sugar, which birds seem to like more than deer; in fact, this shrub is the favored nesting place of American goldfinches. Zones 3-7. * Lots of winter interest!
