Mock Orange - Snowgoose
The Snowgoose Mock Orange, Philadelphus x 'Snowgoose', is a smaller, upright growing selection from Canada. Snowgoose Mock Orange is a fountain-like, deciduous shrub with fragrant, white, late spring or early summer flowers that cover the plant by June. The foliage is dark green. An old fashioned favorite, 'Snowgoose' is at home in the shrub border. Give it ample room for its arching branches. Remove oldest branches (back to ground) right after plant has finished flowering. Cut out the old wood and any suckering found at the base. It is a reliable and absolutely maintenance-free shrub. The Mock Orange has a very memorable scent. Just like the famous lilac, once you smell it, you will not forget it! It is soil adaptable, hardy, and does best in full sun. Fragrant, Fragrant, Fragrant!

This narrow form makes it great for hedges, foundation plantings, or as a specimen.  'Castle Spire' is a beautiful new compact, pyramidal blue holly with large lustrous dark green leaves, bright red berries, and superior branching. This evergreen requires a male plant to create berries; 'Castle Wall' is recommended as a pollinator. 'Castle Spire' needs full sun to partial shade. In colder climates, it is best to plant this evergreen so that it is not exposed to winter sun or wind. The north and east side of a building would be ideal. It displays a spreading habit with a dense, dwarf, somewhat layered effect. Arcadia Juniper is excellent for foundation and mass border plantings. Prefers a well-drained soil and a sunny location. Junipers are important evergreens for landscape use due to their tolerance of unfavorable soil conditions, their hardiness and great variation in size, habit, color and growth rate. Junipers are used as ground covers, in foundation plantings, or as hedges, screens or windbreaks. These plants may also be utilized for background plantings in shrub beds or flower gardens, as specimen plants, in rock gardens or for topiary or espalier purposes.

This azalea has a single form that has soft coral pink flowers, dotted with bright fuchsia centers, and blooms profusely throughout the summer and fall months. Having a medium growth rate, this repeat bloomer makes a great foundation plant.
