St. Gabriel Milky Spore Grub Powder attacks the larvae of japanese beetles. The standard spore is applied in a spot fashion: one teaspoon of powder every 3' in rows 3' apart to achieve a checkerboard pattern of spots throughout the treated area. Treat turf, hardens, and flower beds. Water in the spots of powder for about 15 minutes in all areas. Only one application is required. One to four years is necessary to achieve control. Once established in your lawn, Milky Spore kills the grubs for 15 to 20 years. It begins to work immediately--as soon as it is applied when grubs are feeding. Each grub that dies from Milky Spore then decays and releases billions of new spore. Will not harm beneficial insects, animals, pets, or man. Safe for use around wells, ponds, and streams.
