Accolade® Elm - Sale Price: $114.20 The Accolade® Elm, Ulmus 'Morton', has an excellent resistance to Dutch Elm disease. This tree has an upright, spreading shape and is a large, broadleaf deciduous tree with a graceful vase shape similar to American elm.  It is a fast growing tree and the leaves are simple and a glossy, dark green color that change to yellow in the fall.  With good sun exposure fall color becomes a bright yellow. Elms prefer full sun and adapt easily to extremes in pH, moisture, wind and heat.  They do prefer well-drained, sandy, loamy or clay soils.  The aggressive roots can probably break sidewalks and raise pavement if trees are improperly located. Linden - Glenleven - Sale Price: $107.05 The Glenleven Linden, Tilia flavescens 'Glenleven', is a hybrid between American and Little Leaf Linden. It is a fast growing tree with an extremely straight trunk and a pyramidal form (cone shaped). Glenleven's green foliage turns yellow in the fall. This tree has a faster growth rate than other Little Leaf Lindens with a more open canopy that casts a moderate shade. Glenleven is a prolific bloomer, with its small fragrant flowers appearing in late June and into July. Many bees are attracted to the flowers, and the dried flowers persist on the tree for some time. Lindens are pH adaptable and pollution tolerant but prefer well drained soil. The leaves are heart shaped and dark green. Lindens generally are very hardy trees, once established, and maintain their pyramidal shape easily without trimming. Amur Chokecherry - Sale Price: $96.35 The Amur Chokecherry, Prunus maackii, is a small tree that produces white flowers and black fruit, usually eaten by birds before fully ripe. This plant blooms in April and the flowers are fragrant.
