Joey Tomocik Water Lily - Sale Price: $29.95 The vibrant yellow of this water lily makes others look pale by comparison because it has the deepest yellow blooms of all the yellow lilies!   It is no wonder that experts voted this “Hardy Waterlily of 2005.” It was dedicated by Dr. Kirk Strawn in 1993 to Joe Tomocik of the Denver Botanical Gardens, who named it for his daughter. Its flowers are held several inches above emerald green leaves. The yellow flowers are 4-5 inches wide, the leaves are 8-10 inches wide, and the overall plant spread is 4-5 feet wide. This extremely adaptable plant grows best in full to partial sun, will survive winter climates, and is equally at home in a tub or a large pond! Japanese Honeysuckle - Halliana - Sale Price: $56.95 Japanese Honeysuckle 'Halliana', Lonicera japonica 'Halliana', is the most commonly seen Honeysuckle and is also known as Hall's Honeysuckle. It has whitish-yellow flowers with a delightful fragrance. Hall's Honeysuckles are a very fast growing plant to 15 to 30 feet. When used as a ground cover, they are about 2 feet tall. It produces rampant growth capable of engulfing wire or chain-link fences in just a couple of seasons. It is also a reliable, fragrant evergreen vine for a shade arbor. Excellent for screening or to drape over an unsightly wall or wood fence. Honeysuckle enjoys the full sun, but grows and flowers well in partial shade. Honeysuckle can be cut nearly to the ground in late winter/early spring when it becomes too big; new shoots emerge and growth resumes in the spring. A country-garden standby often trained onto dilapidated outbuildings or into the branches of dead trees. Capable of covering huge amounts of space in a short time, this vine makes a great ground cover on banks and slopes for erosion control. Be aware that is can be quite invasive.

Sedum - Summer Glory - Sale Price: $39.95 Sedum (Autumn Stonecrop) Summer Glory, Sedum spurium 'Summer Glory', makes an excellent green groundcover, particularly for hot, dry sites with poor soil. This sedum likes sunny to partially shaded areas of the garden. This variety of sedum forms a low carpet of small, rounded green toothed leaves that develop reddish edges during the cool fall months and it spreads easily to form a thick patch. Clusters of bright carmine pink star flowers appear in midsummer to early fall. A fast grower, it is also a good choice for tubs and mixed containers. Trim stems and dead flower heads back in early spring. Summer Glory forms a habit that is somewhat like Fulda Glow and establishes quickly.
