Hibiscus - Cecelia - Sale Price: $64.25 The Hibiscus 'Cecelia', Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Cecelia' (also called China rose and common hibiscus), produces a profusion of large, showy red double flowers, set against a background of dark green foliage. It blooms from spring through fall when planted in a well drained, full sun planting site. 'Cecelia' has blooms that cover this lovely shrub from early summer-fall; lovely when planted in the landscape or large patio pots.
