Clematis - Sugar Candy
Clematis Sugar Candy, Clematis 'Sugar Candy', provides beautiful, rich colors to your landscape as it climbs on posts or fences, clambers through shrubs and trees, or scales a lovely trellis. This clematis creates beautiful colors, extravagance of blooms that are 6-7”, and a graceful habit!  The pinkish mauve pointed petals have a darker center bar and contrasting yellow anthers with pinkish grey filaments. ‘Sugar Candy’ is free flowering in late spring through early summer and again in late summer. Clematis can be grown in full sun or light shade, but its base and roots must be completely shaded. Prune lightly above the new leaf buds in early spring and remove any dead or weak stems. This clematis is easy to grow with a rich, porous, alkaline soil that has plenty of room for the roots to spread Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine. Clematis ‘Sugar Candy’ is a reliable performer once established; it take a season or two to get going. Let this clematis add beautiful and rich colors to your yard as it clambers over your established shrubs or fences!  * Extravagant blooms * Graceful habit * Reliable

Dianthus - Heart Attack - DetailsDianthus - Heart Attack - Sale Price: $39.95
Dianthus Heart Attack, Dianthus barbatus 'Heart Attack', has very dark crimson red carnation-like flowers that cover glossy, dark green foliage in early summer. These very deep crimson red flowers of 'Heart Attack' really make a statement up against the glossy, dark green, lance-like foliage. When plants emerge in the spring, the foliage is dark red. Unlike other sweet william, 'Heart Attack' is a true perennial that just keeps coming back, better than ever! 'Heart Attack' may look delicate, but it's surprisingly resilient! It isn't fussy about soil provided the drainage is good, flourishing even in poor clay or sand. Very heat-tolerant, it's also quite prepared for cold winters. It requires full sun to partial shade. Butterflies love the intense color, and it is a deer resistant plant.

Coreopsis - Sunny Day - DetailsCoreopsis - Sunny Day - Sale Price: $49.95
Coreopsis - Sunny Day, Coreopsis grandiflora 'Sunny Day', begins to bloom in late spring and continues to bloom throughout the summer.  This North American native provides an abundance of large, single yellow flowers on compact plants! This coreopsis is not picky about its soil, as long as it’s well-drained.  Keep deadheaded for best flowering.  As with many perennials this plant will benefit from being divided and reset in the fall every one to two years.   Shear back plants after the first wave of flowering to promote reblooming.  Remove old foliage after frost or before new growth in spring. ‘Sunny Day’ is a splendid plant for cheery cut flower arrangements, beds, borders, and containers. Since it thrives in poor soil and has low water needs, ‘Sunny Day’ will easily add beauty and sunshine to any trouble spot in your garden! * Easy to grow * Long blooming * Brilliant color

Leadwort - Plumbago - DetailsLeadwort - Plumbago - Sale Price: $35.65
The Ceratostigma ‘Plumbago Leadwort’, Ceratostigma plumbaginoides, is a beautiful, fast growing ground cover with dark oval green foliage, turning to dark blue in late summer and early fall. The small blue flowers make this ground cover more unusual than the rest because of its late blooming time.  ‘Plumbago’ reaches a height of 10” and a plant spread of 18-24”.  It can be somewhat invasive (like most ground covers) and should be kept under control. ‘Plumbago’ needs full sun but can tolerate afternoon shade.  For best results, plant in a fertile, moist but well-drained soil. It works great at the front of the perennial border, shrub borders, rock gardens, or as an edging plant. Being a dependable long lived perennial, this leadwort ground cover is hard to beat.  It has pretty blue flowers that bloom in late summer; adds interest when other plants begin to fade!  Even the foliage provides color as it turns a gorgeous bronze red later in the fall!  Try planting ‘Plumbago’ with Achillea ‘Moonshine’ and Coreopsis ‘Moonbeam’. * Fast growing * Ground cover * Dependable

Hosta - Satisfaction - DetailsHosta - Satisfaction - Sale Price: $42.75
The Hosta Satisfaction, Hosta 'Satisfaction', is an incredibly spectacular and dramatic gold-edged sport of Hosta Piedmont Gold.  'Satisfaction' is bordered by wide leaf margins that are light green at first, and then turn bright gold in early summer. The gold margins get to be about 2 wide at maturity; near white flowers top the clump in mid-summer.  ‘Satisfaction' is a low mounded and stunning hosta.  It will have an impact on any area of your shade garden, and the margins turn cream if placed in a sunny location! Hostas grow best in moist, well-drained, highly organic soils with a pH between 5.5 and 7.5.  Sandy loam is better than clay because it provides more aeration for the roots.  It is best to keep areas around hostas clear of excess leaf debris to reduce the presence of slugs and snails.  Plant this low care plant in an area that receives the right amount of light.  The leaves need some morning sun to bring out the best coloration; too much sun will burn the leaves.  ‘Satisfaction' is most at home in shady, woodland settings and often works well as specimen or edging plant. Because of its brilliant colors, 'Satisfaction' is one of the most show stopping hostas in any garden! * Stunning plant * Easy to grow * Low mounding habit
