Clematis - Ville De Lyon - Sale Price: $56.45 Clematis Ville De Lyon, Clematis 'Ville De Lyon', is a vigorous free-flowering cultivar that will certainly attract attention to your landscape! The velvety, cherry-red 6 flowers are made up of perfectly formed overlapping petals with deep pink central bars and nicely contrasting yellow anthers. 'Ville De Lyon'reblooms in early autumn.  Since the lower foliage becomes scorched by late summer, it's best grown through an evergreen shrub or tree. It looks beautiful growing through large trees or conifers and can obtain a height over 20 feet! Clematis 'Ville De Lyon' needs a supporting structure to grow properly and it is easy to grow with a rich, porous, alkaline soil that has plenty of room for the roots to spread.   Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine.  Prune only after flowering is completed by removing any weak or dead stems. Clematis 'Ville De Lyon' is a reliable performer once established; it take a season or two to get going. Peony - Felix Supreme - Sale Price: $71.35 The Felix Supreme Peony, Paeonia 'Felix Supreme', is a midseason bloomer with very large flower heads that are double dark ruby red. Felix Supreme is excellent for cutting. All of our peonies are widely adaptable to most soils across the country. They bloom in mid to late spring and have very large, colorful blooms that stand out in the spring garden. Peonies can handle dry to moist sites, and do best in full sun but can handle some light shade. Often thought of as a plant used on the farm or out in the country, they bring a little bit of that country feeling to your garden. It is not uncommon to see peonies planted along the driveway or lane in a mass. Peonies are simple to grow and can be utilized in many ways, including mass plantings, specimens, or hedges. Southerners should seek out our early bloomers and provide afternoon shade.

Hosta - Sum and Substance - Sale Price: $99.95 The Hosta Sum and Substance, Hosta 'Sum and Substance', has large, rounded leaves with heavy puckering.  This Hosta is slug resistant and a vigorous grower! The lavender flowers bloom from July to August, however, Hostas are not only known for their flowers.  With a plant height of 36” and a spread of 60”, this is a giant plant with colorful foliage that will need space to grow! Hosta ‘Sum and Substance’ needs to be planted in a full shade area in any moist, well-drained location.  ‘Sum and Substance’ does require some sun to enhance its golden color. ‘Sum and Substance’ was named Hosta of the Year in 2004, and one can see why.  The flowers are on 50” scapes, making it one of a kind! Daylily - Pandora's Box - Sale Price: $49.95 The Daylily Pandora's Box, 'Hemerocallis ‘Pandora’s Box’, has very fragrant lightly ruffled, white petals with a purple throat and a flower size of 4”.  It has dark green foliage and will reach a height of 24-26” and a plant spread of 36”. ‘Pandora’s Box’ will bloom from May through July, with outstanding color and it is a definite rebloomer! ‘Pandora’s Box’ prefers a full sun area that is well-drained. Although the blooms will last only for one day, there are many blooms on strong stems that rise above tall grassy foliage, (remove in late fall).  Divide every 3-5 years, or when the number of flower buds and the size of bloom begin to decline.   Plant daylilies in sites that provide well-drained soil and plenty of sun. ‘Pandora’s Box’ is considered to be pest and deer resistant.  Use for cut flowers, massing, edging, in borders or in mixed containers and tubs.  Once established, the daylily can be an excellent groundcover on slopes because it has roots that hold soil against erosion.   The ‘Pandora’s Box’ daylily can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
