Grass - Maiden - Sale Price: $34.95 The Grass 'Maiden', Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus', is a tall, graceful, clumping ornamental grass. The slender, weeping leaves are silvery-green and turn golden bronze in fall; a silver stripe runs up the middle of the sword-like green leaves. The flowers are white fan-shaped plumes in fall that extend above the foliage. The hardiness, the fine foliage and the spectacular fall colors have made 'Gracillimus' a favorite and very popular for years! Plant in spring or early summer when the soil is warm as the roots will grow only in warm soil. Planting too early in the spring may cause the roots to rot. From midsummer until frost, the large, long lasting blooms will create a striking display.  ‘Party Favor’ has large rose-pink buds that open to glossy, medium pink flowers that have overlapping petals with red eye centers.  This hibiscus is a super long-blooming plant that produces large dinner plate-sized 8-10 inch wide pink blossoms!
