Gaillardia - Arizona Sun - Sale Price: $42.75 The Blanket Flower, Arizona Sun, Gaillardia 'Arizona Sun', is extremely eye catching in any perennial garden.  From the early summer on, very showy banded flowers blanket this plant; ends of the petals have a torn, ruffled appearance The beautiful bright red petals are tipped in gold and surround the orange and yellow central cone! ‘Arizona Sun’ will flower from June through autumn, and this gaillardia thrives in hot sunny sites and need well drained soil.  It forms a neat mound of lance-shaped, grayish-green leaves. This one starts out red in June, by mid-summer it looks like Bloodgrass, and in fall, it is a rich burgundy. The foliage starts out as deep green but takes on the red color thru the summer. The 4' height makes this a good choice for a specimen plant. It is one of the shortest Switch Grass varieties available. Given full sun and average soil, it is a moderate to fast grower. This plant will grow in dry to moist soils or well-drained, loamy, sandy or clay soils with a pH of a neutral to slightly alkaline. In early spring, before new growth begins, cut the old grass to the ground. If you want to divide the clump, do so in the spring. Hellebore - Ivory Prince - Sale Price: $64.25 The Hellebore Ivory Prince PP16199, 'Helleborus x 'Walhelivory', is a cool climate, vigorous growing perennial.  The blue green, leathery, evergreen foliage is shrub-like and is the canvas for the lovely, creamy white blooms that blush pink as they mature. Hellebore ‘Ivory Prince’ is compact and shorter than most hellebores, and it is incredibly floriferous with upward facing waxy blooms in green, shading to ivory and tinged in pink!
