Yarrow - Saucy Seduction - Sale Price: $42.75 The Yarrow Saucy Seduction, Achillea millefolium 'Saucy Seduction' PPAF, is part of the Seduction series. This line is known for sturdy, compact growth, long bloom periods, and interesting flowers. 'Saucy Seduction' PPAF produces clusters of rich rose-pink flowers, each with a tiny white eye, and subtle white shading from June into August. Rich green foliage with silvery highlights forms dense upright columns. 'Saucy Seduction' PPAF proves to be an excellent garden performer, along with being drought and heat tolerant. Achilles is great for cut bouquets and they can also be used as a dried flower. Yarrow can tolerate poor soil conditions, but does best in lean, dry to medium wet, well-drained soil. They are adaptable to almost any soil with adequate drainage. Deadheading enhances appearance and encourages rebloom. Allow to dry between watering’s. Yarrow should be planted in full sun and is tolerant to hot humid summers. Use this plant in borders, as cut and dried flowers, and in containers. Remove faded flowers to encourage more growth and divide every 3-4 years. For an attraction to butterflies, deer and rabbit resistant, one can’t go wrong with this plant. Ivy - Thorndale English - Sale Price: $49.95 The Thorndale English Ivy, Hedera helix 'Thorndale', has dark green foliage, like English Ivy, is cold hardy, and the leaves are larger than the species. It is a vigorous, evergreen, self-clinging or trailing vine with 3 to 5 lobed, glossy leaves with prominent veins. This ivy likes well-drained soil and makes a beautiful ground cover when established. Thorndale English Ivy will attach and grow up brick walls, but can be used in hanging baskets, or as a houseplant. It is very hardy and trouble-free, though it should never be allowed to grow up the trunks of trees. Major pruning should be done in early spring.
