The pointy leaves add an interesting texture to this shrub and puts on an outstanding red show in the fall. In late spring clusters of creamy white flowers appear at the ends of the branches. ‘Prairie Fire’ produces white berries in midsummer. 'Sargent Cranberrybush' Viburnum is very much like the 'Snowball' Viburnum, except that the leaves are thicker in texture, and it bears fruit.
