Hydrangea - Forever Pink - Sale Price: $42.75 Hydrangea - Forever Pink, Hydrangea macrophylla 'Forever Pink', is a bigleaf hydrangea cultivar that is part of the hortensia or mophead group. It is a compact, deciduous shrub with a rounded habit which typically grows 3' tall. Forever Pink features clusters of pink or blue florets in large, rounded, 4 to 5 heads which bloom in June (often earlier than other varieties) for up to two months. For best results grow in rich, medium moisture, well-drained soil in part shade. It tolerates full sun only if grown with constant moisture. Soil pH affects flower color (blue color in highly acidic soils and pink color in slightly acidic to alkaline soils). Add aluminum sulfate to soil to make flowers bluer, or add lime to soil to make flowers pinker. Group or mass Forever Pink in a sheltered location of the shrub border. Also a good specimen or accent for protected locations near homes or patio. This popular hydrangea makes a great addition to any landscape!

Cotoneaster - Peking - Sale Price: $99.95 The Cotoneaster Peking, Cotoneaster 'acutifolia', is an erect shrub with slender spreading branches. The Peking Cotoneaster is best used as a hedge, or in groupings. This shrub displays yellow to red fall foliage and performs best in moist, well-drained soils. This shrub does well in partial shade to full sun light. Cotoneaster may be appreciated more for its dark green foliage than its blossoms. The small flowers are white to pinkish. Three-eighths inch black berries ripen in September and persist through mid-winter and are appreciated by some song birds such as the Robin and Catbird. Cotoneaster provides cover for numerous song and game birds. Songbirds such as robins eat the fruit. Use this plant in the landscape for hedges, screens, and groupings. Cotoneaster - Spreading - Sale Price: $19.95 Spreading Cotoneaster, 'Cotoneaster divaricatus', is a beautiful rounded ornamental shrub with pink flowers in the spring. It produces bright red berries in the summer and is one of the best fruiting varieties. The glossy, dark green foliage turns red in the fall. It is marginally hardy in zone 4. This medium-sized ornamental shrub matures at about 7' tall by 8' wide and has an upright columnar growth habit in youth, but quickly becoming horizontal and spreading with age. Spreading Cotoneaster prefers full sun to partial shade and well-drained soils, but is very adaptable and urban tolerant. It has few disease and pest problems. Its fall color is a nice mixture of green, yellow, orange, red, and burgundy, slowly becoming deciduous.
