Russian Sage - Lacey Blue Russian Sage - Lacey Blue, Perovskia atriplicifolia 'Lacey Blue', is a valued landscape perennial and boasts the largest flowers of any Russian Sage! It is a perennial with an exceptionally long season of interest. Forming a bushy mound of fragrant grey-green leaves, Lacey Blue bears copious spikes of deep blue flowers from mid-summer into early fall.
