Veronica - Georgia Blue
The Veronica Speedwell, Georgia Blue, 'Veronica peduncularis 'Georgia Blue', is a spreading plant growing to 8 inches tall with spires of tiny, round, blue flowers in late April-May. This evergreen perennial blooms very early in the spring. It may rebloom throughout the summer. The foliage is reddish-green in spring turning to deep green in summer and finally turning bronze in fall. This spreading plant works well under small perennials and in borders, containers, rock gardens and as a groundcover. The flowers are attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. This plant is also salt tolerant so a seaside location would be fine. To keep tidy plants, shear back by 1/2 after flowering. If not cut back in summer, prune down to basal growth in late autumn. This plant makes a beautiful perennial groundcover! And when planted in mass, they are stunning!

Clematis - Patricia Ann Fretwell - DetailsClematis - Patricia Ann Fretwell - Sale Price: $42.75
Clematis Patricia Ann Fretwell, Clematis 'Patricia Ann Fretwell™', is the first double flowering red and pink clematis! The outer tepals are reddish pink, fading to pale pink at the edges, the inner tepals are palest pink with a narrow deep pink stripe.  The stamens are creamy-white. The double flowers are on the old wood in May and June followed by single flowers on the new growth in September. Clematis 'Patricia Ann Fretwell™' needs a supporting structure to grow properly.  Clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine. Very reliable performers once established; they take a season or two.  Prune lightly above the new leaf buds in early spring and remove any dead or weak stems. The effect with the outer tepals being two-tone makes the Patricia Ann Fretwell very special! * Double flowers * Reliable * Easy to grow

Hibiscus - Lord Baltimore - DetailsHibiscus - Lord Baltimore - Sale Price: $106.95
The Hibiscus 'Lord Baltimore', Hibiscus moscheutos, has beautiful red flowers that are a definite eye-catcher.  It has a plant height of 6-8' and a spread of 3-4'.  The brilliant red flowers are 10 in diameter, so 'Lord Baltimore' is a colorful hibiscus that should not be missed! The deep green, lobed leaves make a wonderful contrast.  'Lady Baltimore' prefers moist to wet soil conditions and loves the heat of summer.  It is frequently used as a specimen. It is best to plant this Hibiscus in a full sun to partial shade area, and it will tolerate most soil types.  'Lord Baltimore' looks wonderful with grasses, or as a background plant. It grows well in any fertile, well-drained soil with ample moisture. Do not allow to dry to the wilting point.  Be patient; hibiscus can be slow to emerge in spring; provide regular fertilization during the growing season.  Be careful to not over water until plants show signs of growth!  For best performance, plant before the heat of the summer. 'Lord Baltimore' is suitable for very large containers, but pots must be protected over winter.  Although the hibiscus grows tall, the need for staking is rare.  These plants will die back to ground level during the winter months.   Hibiscus needs little care once established, attracts butterflies, and it has some of the largest flowers of any perennial! * Large flowers * Easy to grow * Vigorous grower
