Cotoneaster - Royal Beauty - Sale Price: $99.95 The Cotoneaster 'Royal Beauty (Coral Beauty)', Cotoneaster dammeri 'Coral Beauty', is a low-growing, evergreen shrub with glossy dark green foliage, and showy dark red berries that provide color in the fall and winter. 'Royal Beauty' is an excellent ground cover, and the long prostrate branches form a 3-6 foot spread with a 24-30 inch height. Thriving in full sun, this cotoneaster has a wide tolerance of soil types and moisture levels. The small white flowers that appear in late May are showy when the shrub is planted en masse. Chokeberry - Autumn Magic Black - Sale Price: $64.25 Autumn Magic Black Chokeberry, Aronia melanocarpa 'Autumn Magic', has fragrant white flowers in May, followed by large, edible, dark purple-black berries, that persist throughout the season. The berries are commonly used to make juice. The glossy dark green foliage has incredible red and purple fall colors. Since it grows rapidly, you do not have to wait long for it to become an impressive large shrub within a year. This vase shaped shrub does fine in wet or dry soil, in sun or partial shade, even in poor soils. This plant makes an excellent specimen shrub, border shrub, or even use for erosion control. Inkberry - Shamrock - Sale Price: $64.25 Compact Shrub - Ideal as Low Accent or Hedge  The Compact Inkberry 'Shamrock', Ilex glabra 'Shamrock,' is a handsome compact form of the native Inkberry with lustrous dark green leaves. It is slow growing, reaching 3 to 4 feet tall and wide. 'Shamrock' tolerates wet sites. 'Shamrock' is a very nice compact inkberry that has new growth being a much brighter, glistening green, then maturing to the lustrous dark green color. It holds its leaves on the lower branches better than most Inkberry. With maturity, it produces large amounts of dark purple to black colored berries; production really increases after the third year of growth. This Inkberry plant is very useful as accent plantings, as well as for a maintained low growing hedge. Plant in fairly moist, acidic soil that is well drained; mulching recommended.
