Grass - Little Kitten Miscanthus - Sale Price: $64.25 The Ornamental Grass 'Little Kitten', Miscanthus sinensis 'Little Kitten' , is one ornamental grass that cannot be missed. Being similar to a cat’s tongue, this Miscanthus forms a foliage clump to only 15 tall. The pointed, narrow leaves are showy, with plumes of silver-white with pink and reddish tinges that appear in August. The plumes will last well into the winter and can be used as fresh or dried flower cuttings. 'Little Kitten' should be planted in full sun to part shade and prefers a moist soil area. Try this ornamental grass as a front of the border plant with Coreopsis, Echinacea or Liatris.

Yarrow - Moonshine - Sale Price: $64.25 The Yarrow ‘Moonshine’, Achillea 'Moonshine'’, is an upright canary-yellow flower that blooms from June through September. With evergreen foliage in mild winter regions, this non-spreading Achillea is a definite winner. ‘Moonshine’ Yarrow is unlike the common Yarrow, being shorter in height and less invasive. The flower heads are 4” wide, with a spread of 18-24” and a height of 24”. ‘Moonshine’ Yarrow is a great addition to a sunny perennial border, planted in pots or combined with ornamental grasses. ‘Moonshine’ can tolerate poor soil conditions, but does best in lean, dry to medium wet, well-drained soil. Geranium - Crane's Bill - Sale Price: $56.95 The Geranium 'Crane's Bill', Geranium sanguineum, is a hardy clump-forming perennial that produces rose-cerise colored flowers in late spring. (Also known as Bloody Cranesbill). This plant requires minimal care.  Providing well-drained soil is beneficial, and it is at home in almost any soil as along as its well drained. It needs to be planted in an area of full sun to partial shade and also must be cut down, after flowering, almost all the way to the ground. It is best to pinch rather heavily after flowering to encourage blooming throughout the summer.  'Crane's Bill' is actually an attractive plant all season, in or out of bloom.  The foliage is usually more distinctly cut than other geraniums, giving it a delicate appearance. 'Crane's Bill' can be a very useful weed smothering, tight knit, ground cover.   In a border or a rock garden, it is a lovely plant and striking when grown along a wall, with the stems and flowers tumbling over the edge! Geraniums are self seeding, fairly adaptable to short periods of dry conditions, and are free from pests and diseases. Hosta - Patriot - Sale Price: $42.75 The Hosta ‘Patriot’, Hosta fortunei, has heart-shaped, glossy medium green leaves with a large white margin, making this variety very striking! The Hosta flowers bloom from July to August, and it has a plant height of 22” and a spread of 36-48”.   ‘Patriot’ provides bright color in shade with its wonderful foliage. Hosta ‘Patriot’ was the American Hosta Growers’ Hosta of the Year in 1997.  If you have ever seen it, you will know why; it literally brings light to shade!
