Hydrangea - Pee Wee Dwarf Oakleaf
The Dwarf Oakleaf Hydrangea 'Pee Wee', Hydrangea quercifolia 'Pee Wee', is a wonderful dwarf Oakleaf Hydrangea that matures at 3-4 feet high and wide. Abundant white flower heads appear in early to mid-summer followed by excellent wine-red fall leaf color. The red leaves provide excellent fall color! A great selection for smaller gardens, 'Pee Wee' is easily grown in organically rich, medium moisture, in well-drained soils with full sun to part shade. This hydrangea appreciates summer mulch which helps retain soil moisture. Blooming occurs on old wood; prune after flowering. This upright shrub can be used as a specimen or accent for foundations or other locations near homes or patios. It also can be grouped or massed in shrub borders. * Small plant, many flowers! * Oak-Like Leaves!
