Hydrangea - Phantom - Sale Price: $99.95 The Hydrangea Phantom, Hydrangea paniculata 'Phantom', produces massive, dense conical flower clusters at the ends of the branches, which look like the Hydrangea ‘Limelight' on steroids! The large flower heads on this Peegee type hydrangea start out ivory and progress to white with pinkish tips.
