Hosta - Yankee Blue - Sale Price: $39.95 The Hosta Yankee Blue, Hosta 'Yankee Blue', is a vigorous, fast growing blue colored hosta that will command attention in any garden or landscape! ‘Yankee Blue’ has elongated wedge-shaped leaves with wavy margins that hold their blue color all summer, then later in the season, the color changes to blue-green. Near white flowers appear on tall scapes in midsummer.  ‘Yankee Blue’ is a hosta that forms a full, symmetrical, wide mound that really brightens up a shady area. Plant this low care plant in an area that receives the right amount of light.  The leaves need some morning sun to bring out the best coloration; too much sun will burn the leaves.  'Yankee Blue' is most at home in shady, woodland settings and often works well as specimen or edging plant. Lamium - Ghost - Sale Price: $49.95 Lamium Ghost, Lamium maculatum 'Ghost', has a large mound of all silver leaves, which becomes is a great backdrop for its attractive clusters of bright orchid purple flowers! Lamium 'Ghost', introduced by Intrinsic Perennial Gardens, stands 1' tall and the leaves are large, measuring 1.5 long compared to .5 - .75 long on the other varieties. 'Ghost' is an excellent groundcover and is also deer and rabbit resistant. Lamium prefers a semi-shady dry area with well-drained soil, but will tolerate a wide range of soils and moisture; do not allow it to dry out.  It is best to cut this plant back after the first bloom to promote compact growth.   It disguises dying bulb foliage very well, and makes an excellent weed-smothering ground cover! Scabiosa - Pink Mist - Sale Price: $24.95 The Scabiosa 'Pink Mist', Scabiosa columbaria, (PP 8957) also known as the Pincushion Flower, has wonderful 2 pink flowers that bloom from June to October. 'Pink Mist' is a reminiscent of a pincushion full of pins. With its gray-green foliage, it has a plant height of 12” and a spread of 12-18, not to mention being disease resistant. It is best to plant Pink Mist Scabiosa in full sun, with well-drained soil and should be watered regularly throughout the warmer months to increase its overall performance. Deadheading after the first bloom will encourage repeat bloom time. 'Pink Mist' is great for attracting butterflies and hummingbirds and does excellent in rock gardens. Hibiscus - Cecelia - Sale Price: $64.25 The Hibiscus 'Cecelia', Hibiscus rosa-sinensis 'Cecelia' (also called China rose and common hibiscus), produces a profusion of large, showy red double flowers, set against a background of dark green foliage. It blooms from spring through fall when planted in a well drained, full sun planting site. 'Cecelia' has blooms that cover this lovely shrub from early summer-fall; lovely when planted in the landscape or large patio pots. It will die down to the roots each year only to return bigger and better in the spring. Apply a layer of organic mulch under plants to prevent moisture loss and weed growth. Water hibiscus when the soil is dry to the touch. The roots must remain constantly moist, but not wet; well-drained soil is key. Prune 'Cecelia' to keep the plant bushy and full of blooms. Pinch off the tips of branches to encourage multiple growth tips further down the stem. The exotic blooms and glossy leaves of 'Cecelia' adds a dramatic accent to temperate gardens. Yarrow - Paprika - Sale Price: $64.25 The Yarrow ‘Paprika’, Achillea millefolium, is an upright gold centered, fading to light pink & creamy yellow, Yarrow that blooms from June through September. With fern-like aromatic silvery to gray-green foliage, it is considered to be one of the best yarrows in any landscape. The foliage has a somewhat strong, spicy aroma, which persists when used in dried arrangements. The flower heads are 3-4” wide, with a spread of 18-24” and a height of 24”. This Yarrow does well in average garden soils, but prefers lean, dry to medium wet, well-drained soil. (Avoid heavy clays and moist, rich, fertile soils.) Yarrow should be planted in full sun and is tolerant to hot humid summers. ‘Paprika’ is excellent for cutting, fresh or dried. Remove faded flowers regularly to promote continued blooming.
