Juniper - Spartan Spiral
Juniper - Spartan Spiral, Juniperus chinensis 'Spartan Spiral', is a narrow, pyramidal evergreen with dark mint green foliage. Spartan Spiral is a dense, rapid grower and makes an excellent sheared topiary, screen or windbreak; perfect for a tight spot where you want some height. It can be trimmed into a tight spiral, Spartan provides a wonderful vertical accent with rich green foliage that has both wedge-shaped juvenile leaves and scale-like adult leaves. This durable juniper should be trimmed twice yearly to maintain shape and desired height. If you plant it in a spacious, quality heavyweight concrete or ceramic container, you can then gradually shape as you see fit. Tolerating heat, cold and drought, it is also deer resistant.

Hydrangea - Blue Bunny - DetailsHydrangea - Blue Bunny - Sale Price: $39.95
Named a Proven Winner. A very special hydrangea, this one. Blue Bunny™ produces a copious number of charming blue-and-white lacecap flowers from late summer until frost, and will reliably do so year after year. Even the elegant, rounded buds are lovely. ‘Blue Bunny’ is also sought-after because of its unusual fuzzy leaves, which add texture and interest to the planting area. Unlike some other pink and blue varieties, the flower color is not at all affected by the soil pH. In general, hydrangeas require even moisture and need good drainage. For the best flower display, feed in early spring with a slow-release fertilizer that is designed especially for trees and shrubs, and if it needs shaping, prune just after flowering. This plant is most effective in groups, in the border, in hedges or in a woodland garden. Asexual propagation prohibited. Zones 6-9

Viburnum - Summer Snowflake - DetailsViburnum - Summer Snowflake - Sale Price: $39.95
Viburnum - Summer Snowflake, Viburnum plicatum 'Summer Snowflake', is a compact, dense, upright, multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub which typically matures 3' to 5' tall with a similar spread. In the spring, 'Summer Snowflake' will bloom with clusters of white flowers that follow along the horizontal stems, creating a double row of blooms on each side. This bloom pattern gives 'Summer Snowflake' its common name - doublefile viburnum. The non-fragrant, lovely white flowers are almost continuous throughout the summer.  It has dark green oval leaves that can reach up to five inches long. The foliage turns a rusty red to bronze in the early fall, and the flowers give way to bright red berries that are relished by the birds. Summer Snowflake is easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Prefers moist loams, but tolerates wide range of soils and has good drought tolerance. Prune as needed immediately after flowering.  For best cross-pollination and resulting fruit display, plant shrubs in groups rather than as single specimens. * Fall color * Drought tolerant * Berries for wildlife

Holly - Carissa - DetailsHolly - Carissa - Sale Price: $64.25
The Holly 'Carissa', Ilex cornuta 'Carissa', is an outstanding dwarf and a dense grower. The leaves are dark glossy green with one spine at the tip. It is well suited for planting along a foundation, and it is excellent for use as a low hedge or in mass plantings. This 'Carissa' does not produce berries. 'Carissa' grows best in rich, well-drained, slightly acid soil, and does well in full sun or part shade. The plant is very drought tolerant, requiring little, if any, irrigation once established in the landscape. Fertilize once or twice to maintain good leaf color and adequate growth. This plant is often used on commercial landscape jobs where it is planted in mass in traffic islands, or planted in beds. If this plant is used as a hedge, prune the plant so it is wider at the bottom than at the top. This allows for light to get in to the bottom foliage and this will help keep the leaves from thinning. The Carissa prefers a pH of 5.0 to 6.5. Zones 6-9.
