The Variegated Pink Lemon has distinctive green and yellow variegated foliage. The fruit is striped with bright pink flesh. These lemons have clear juice and acidic lemon flavor. It displays fuchsia-colored new growth and flower buds. Variegated Pink is an excellent landscape tree, prized more for interesting variegated foliage than for fruit quality, and quantity. If given proper care, sun, fertilizer and well-draining soil, you should have a wonderful citrus tree that is simply beautiful. With its gorgeous variegated leaves and very fragrant white blossoms, this is the ultimate ornamental edible. This plant is hardy in zones 9-10. If you live below zone 9, you can plant it in a container and bring it indoors for the winter.

The Variegated Calamondin produces fragrant blooms that are followed by tart, petite, orange fruit, like its Calamondin cousin. These 1 miniature orange-like fruits have a strong tart flavor that is often used in Thai cooking; used in the place of lemon. This immature fruit is strikingly green and yellow striped. Its variegated, clean handsome foliage, with a compact habit, makes it suitable for indoors or patio containers. It prefers sun to part shade or high light indoors. The Variegated Calamondin makes a nice landscape addition as a hedge or screen. The flowers set in spring time, and this tree reaches to 10 to 15 feet tall, 6 to 8 feet wide. It can be pruned to a desired shape.

The Eureka Lemon produces large crops of lemons annually. It bears all year and is a standard market variety. This lemon is somewhat knobby, thick-skinned, and has a short neck at the stem end. Eureka is easy to espalier, and has fewer thorns than other traditional lemons. Dwarf Citrus will average 8-10' tall, and it will get taller unless pruned. Watering can vary, depending on container size, drainage and location of the tree. Containerized citrus trees should be allowed to dry between waterings. The Eureka lemon contains a moderate amount of juice, and is grown primarily for this acidic juice, which can be used to flavor both sweet and savory dishes. Lemons are very rich in vitamin C and also provide potassium and folic acid. The Eureka Lemon can be kept in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Lemons stored at room temperature will keep for about 1 week. The juice and zest of lemons can be frozen.
