The bees nest in wood slots with protective plastic viewing on one side. Mason bees are native to most areas of North America and are attracted to holes to begin their nesting. Eighteen (18) Easy-Tear straws are included in the kit to help you easily raise your mason bees. A portion of your straws should be opened in the fall to help you see the health of your mason bees.
