Pearl Valley Organic Healthy Grow Garden Food is a 100% all natural, organic fertilizer that improves soil structure, texture, and aeration, and increases the soil's water holding capacity. It feeds the soil and adds calcium and beneficial microbes which help improve yield and grow bigger vegetables. Great for flowers, fruits and vegetables. Builds soil structure for improved disease suppression. Can be applied in summer or in droughts. Slow release supply of nutrients. Adding Organic Healthy Grow Garden Food to your flower and vegetable beds regularly will help feed all the beneficial micro-organisms that do their part to protect your plants from stress, insects and disease. Organic Healthy Grow Garden Food is a uniform, homogenous blend with each granule containing all of the essential nutrients and organic matter needed to sustain a healthy garden. Child, pet, earth safe product. No chemical or fertilizer added. Application: Spring Garden Prep: 25 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. and till into the top 4-5 of soil. Fall Garden Prep: Apply a thick blanket of Healthy Grow to the garden and till in along with fall leaves and other organic material. Lawns: Apply Healthy Grow 2-4-3 at a rate of 20-25 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. of lawn. Perennials: Apply early in spring at 5 lbs. per 100 sq. ft. , working it into the top 4-5 of soil and again in early summer. Vegetables and Annuals: Best if tilled in spring or fall at 25 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft. Top dress every 3 weeks with about a handful per square yard--keeping a few inches away from plant base.
