Rose - Playboy - Floribunda - Sale Price: $92.75 The Playboy rose has glossy green foliage, which offsets the large, orange-scarlet semi-double blooms which are faintly fragrant with an apple scent. This is a floribunda rose which gives it the multiblooming characteristics and the larger blossom size. Playboy roses bloom very profusely and are widely grown. The Playboy most endearing characteristic is the color shading. The mixture of orange and yellow is highlighted by the red hues of the petals. Sir Thomas Lipton features fragrant, semi-double to double, pure white flowers (to 2.5 diameter) which bloom in June, with an intermittent, but respectable, repeat bloom throughout the summer. It features leathery, dark green foliage. Rugosa means wrinkled in reference to the appearance of the foliage.
