Lilac - Madam Lemoine - Sale Price: $26.95 Madame Lemoine Lilac, Syringa vulgaris 'Madame Lemoine', is a French Hybrid Lilac that forms a wide spreading plant with double, fragrant, pure white flowers produced freely in May.
