The trailing growth, with beautiful blue-green foliage and fast growth, makes it a good ground cover. It keeps its good color all year round. 'Blue Pacific' is a ground cover type juniper used in foundation plantings, around tall shrubs and trees. It looks especially lovely draped over retaining walls and crawling over raised beds.
