Clematis - Rubens - Sale Price: $42.75 Clematis Rubens, Clematis montana 'Rubens', is a Chinese species that produces masses of soft pink 2.5 flowers that look very attractive against the dark bronze-green foliage. It was awarded Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit! Clematis montana 'Rubens' needs a supporting structure to grow properly and it is easy to grow with a rich, porous, alkaline soil that has plenty of room for the roots to spread.  It looks beautiful growing through large trees or conifers and can obtain a height over 20 feet! Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine.  Prune only after flowering is completed by removing any weak or dead stems Clematis 'Rubens' is a reliable performer once established; it take a season or two to get going! Hosta - Tropical Dancer - Sale Price: $42.75 The Hosta Tropical Dancer, Hosta 'Tropical Dancer', puts on a colorful show with its heart-shaped wavy green leaves. These elongated leaves are trimmed with creamy white margins that are tightly ruffled and serrated; margins brighten to white later in the season. Forming a broad showy clump in the garden, ‘Tropical Dancer’ is a strong grower and produces lavender flowers on upright scapes in the summer. Joey Tomocik Water Lily - Sale Price: $29.95 The vibrant yellow of this water lily makes others look pale by comparison because it has the deepest yellow blooms of all the yellow lilies!   It is no wonder that experts voted this “Hardy Waterlily of 2005.” It was dedicated by Dr. Kirk Strawn in 1993 to Joe Tomocik of the Denver Botanical Gardens, who named it for his daughter.
