Clematis - Vyvyan Pennell - Sale Price: $42.75 Clematis Vyvyan Pennell Clematis 'Vyvyan Pennell', bears huge 8 double flowers in the spring and reblooms in August with single light violet flowers; one of the best double flowered clematis variety.
