Yarrow - Red Velvet - Sale Price: $64.25 The Yarrow Red Velvet, Achillea millefolium 'Red Velvet' , is a clump-forming herbaceous perennial with stunning deep, wine red, non-fading, four inch flower heads. These striking red flowers appear on deep green lacy foliage from mid-summer to early autumn. If you cut or deadhead the blooms promptly, it will rebloom for weeks! The large 6 purple flowers appear in late July above slender but strong scapes. ‘Super Honor’ flowers open flat to reveal a large lemon-lime throat surrounded by a darker purple band on the petals; petals also display darker purple veining.
