Daisy - Becky Shasta - Sale Price: $39.95 The Daisy 'Shasta' Leucanthemum ‘Becky Daisy’, leucanthemum superbum, is the longest blooming daisy in the Leucanthemum family! With bright, large, white beautiful flowers held above its dark green foliage, this plant has a height of 3’ and a spread of 18-24”.  Being Perennial of the Year in 2003, one can see why. ‘Becky Daisy’ blooms from July to September, and if deadheaded, the blooming time will be extended. Water ‘Becky Daisy’ plants weekly when rainfall is less than an inch, and remove faded flower heads to encourage more blooms. Hibiscus - Blue River II - Sale Price: $42.75 The Hibiscus 'Blue River II', Hibiscus moscheutos, is the first true, original, large, pure white flowering Hibiscus and should not be missed! It has a plant height of 4-5' and wonderful 10 dinner plate-sized, 5-petaled, hollyhock-like flowers blooms.  Individual flowers are very short-lived (usually one day), but one or more flowers usually open each day, and this continues in succession from midsummer to early fall! The light green leaves make a wonderful contrast.  'Blue River II' is easily grown in average, medium to wet soils in full sun. It does best in moist, organically rich soils, but does surprisingly well in average garden soils; do not allowed to dry out.  Plant 'Blue River II' in locations protected from wind to minimize risk of wind burn. If you deadhead individual flowers this will maintain a neat and colorful plant appearance. New growth shoots are slow to emerge in spring, however, once new growth begins, it proceeds quite rapidly; provide regular fertilization during this growing season. Lamium - Ghost - Sale Price: $49.95 Lamium Ghost, Lamium maculatum 'Ghost', has a large mound of all silver leaves, which becomes is a great backdrop for its attractive clusters of bright orchid purple flowers! Lamium 'Ghost', introduced by Intrinsic Perennial Gardens, stands 1' tall and the leaves are large, measuring 1.5 long compared to .5 - .75 long on the other varieties. 'Ghost' is an excellent groundcover and is also deer and rabbit resistant. Lamium prefers a semi-shady dry area with well-drained soil, but will tolerate a wide range of soils and moisture; do not allow it to dry out.  It is best to cut this plant back after the first bloom to promote compact growth.   It disguises dying bulb foliage very well, and makes an excellent weed-smothering ground cover! Heucherella - Stoplight - Sale Price: $42.75 Heucherella Stoplight, Heucherella 'Stoplight' (PP#16,835), will cause you to stop momentarily to admire its colorful beauty in your landscape! The radiant yellow leaves of Heucherella 'Stoplight' have a large, dark red blotch in the center which feathers out through the veins.  It is an improved version of Heucherella 'Sunspot' (PP#14,825).  Attractive spires of white flowers appear in late spring through early summer. Foamy bells are fairly compact and work well as a clump-forming groundcover.  When you cross heuchera with tiarella, two hardy stalwarts of the shade garden, you get heucherella, another good plant that does well in shade.  Like its two parents, it's all about the foliage with heucherella!
