'Eldorado' will brighten any landscape with its grace, beauty and bright color! The unusual gold variegated foliage has a bright gold center outlined with green! Eldorado is a cool season grass and it puts on most of its growth in the spring, before very hot weather, and then again in the fall as the weather cools down. The tan wheat-like seed heads appear in early summer and persist all season and well into the winter. It is an excellent winter interest plant. This ornamental grass prefers well-drained soil. With its compact, dense habit of growing, it is easy to accommodate in any perennial garden.
