Hellebore - Ivory Prince - Sale Price: $64.25 The Hellebore Ivory Prince PP16199, 'Helleborus x 'Walhelivory', is a cool climate, vigorous growing perennial.  The blue green, leathery, evergreen foliage is shrub-like and is the canvas for the lovely, creamy white blooms that blush pink as they mature. Hellebore ‘Ivory Prince’ is compact and shorter than most hellebores, and it is incredibly floriferous with upward facing waxy blooms in green, shading to ivory and tinged in pink! The ‘Ivory Prince’ prefers part shade and rich soil.  ‘Ivory Prince’ requires a moist, shaded site and responds especially well to planting under deep-rooted deciduous trees such as Oaks or Crab Apples. ‘Ivory Prince’ will bloom in late winter to early spring and will reach 12 to 18 inches tall and 18 to 24 inches wide.  Hellebores are easy to care for; trim back last year’s foliage in the spring.  They are deer and rabbit resistant, and drought tolerant once rooted. The plant forms an upright bush of dark green leaves, remaining attractive all season. Peony Monsieur Jules Elie seldom needs to be divided or moved, but if it is needed, it should be done in the fall. Trim off old stems to the ground in late fall, to help prevent disease problems. Clematis - Bonanza - Sale Price: $42.75 Clematis Bonanza, Clematis 'Bonanza™', is a newly developed clematis and part of The Festoon Collection.  This new Evison/Poulsen clematis is extremely free flowering from late June through September. The flowers of ‘Bonanza’ are mauve-blue with pale yellow anthers and are 3 in size.  Do not underestimate the flower power of this variety because of the smaller flower size! Bred for excellent disease resistance, this clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine.
