Leadwort - Plumbago - Sale Price: $35.65 The Ceratostigma ‘Plumbago Leadwort’, Ceratostigma plumbaginoides, is a beautiful, fast growing ground cover with dark oval green foliage, turning to dark blue in late summer and early fall. The small blue flowers make this ground cover more unusual than the rest because of its late blooming time.  ‘Plumbago’ reaches a height of 10” and a plant spread of 18-24”.  It can be somewhat invasive (like most ground covers) and should be kept under control. ‘Plumbago’ needs full sun but can tolerate afternoon shade.  For best results, plant in a fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Scabiosa - Butterfly Blue - Sale Price: $49.95 The Scabiosa 'Butterfly Blue’, Scabiosa columbaria, also known as the Pincushion Flower, has wonderful 2 lavender-blue flowers that bloom from June to October. ‘Butterfly Blue’ is a reminiscent of a pincushion full of pins. With its gray-green foliage, it has a plant height of 12” and a spread of 12-18. It is also disease resistant. Scabiosa ‘Butterfly Blue’ was name Perennial Plant of the Year in 2000, and one can see why. It is best to plant Scabiosa in full sun, with well-drained soil and should be watered regularly throughout the warmer months to increase its overall performance. Daylily - Sunny Honey - Sale Price: $49.95 The Daylily Sunny Honey, 'Hemerocallis 'Sunny Honey', is a repeat blooming daylily with a 3 1/2 inch honey yellow flower, with a green throat. It has evergreen foliage growing to 24 inches.  The plants do not usually require dividing for several years, but are easily split apart in fall or early spring.  The spent flower stems can be trimmed back after blooms are finished but wait to cut back the dead foliage until early spring.
