Peony - Felix Supreme
The Felix Supreme Peony, Paeonia 'Felix Supreme', is a midseason bloomer with very large flower heads that are double dark ruby red. Felix Supreme is excellent for cutting. All of our peonies are widely adaptable to most soils across the country. They bloom in mid to late spring and have very large, colorful blooms that stand out in the spring garden. Peonies can handle dry to moist sites, and do best in full sun but can handle some light shade. Often thought of as a plant used on the farm or out in the country, they bring a little bit of that country feeling to your garden. It is not uncommon to see peonies planted along the driveway or lane in a mass. Peonies are simple to grow and can be utilized in many ways, including mass plantings, specimens, or hedges. Southerners should seek out our early bloomers and provide afternoon shade.

The Geranium 'Crane's Bill', Geranium sanguineum, is a hardy clump-forming perennial that produces rose-cerise colored flowers in late spring. (Also known as Bloody Cranesbill). This plant requires minimal care.  Providing well-drained soil is beneficial, and it is at home in almost any soil as along as its well drained. It is best to pinch rather heavily after flowering to encourage blooming throughout the summer.  'Crane's Bill' is actually an attractive plant all season, in or out of bloom.  The foliage is usually more distinctly cut than other geraniums, giving it a delicate appearance. 'Crane's Bill' can be a very useful weed smothering, tight knit, ground cover.   In a border or a rock garden, it is a lovely plant and striking when grown along a wall, with the stems and flowers tumbling over the edge! Geraniums are self seeding, fairly adaptable to short periods of dry conditions, and are free from pests and diseases. Geranium sanguineum spreads less quickly than Geranium endressii and really requires little to no care; very attractive to bees. * Hardy * Low maintenance * Clumping habit

Dianthus - Fire and Ice - DetailsDianthus - Fire and Ice - Sale Price: $39.95
Dianthus Fire and Ice, Dianthus 'Fire and Ice', displays a rich, deep pink raspberry color.  It is a stunning and fragrant 1-1½ flower that is splashed with light pink dots and trimmed with nearly smooth cool white picotee edging. ‘Fire and Ice’ is unlike some dianthus in that it has nearly smooth edged petals.  It offers a profusion of flowers with a lovely sweet fragrance that will attract butterflies! The grey-green foliage of this dianthus, and its rounded compact habit, make it a fabulous plant for borders, in mass, or containers.  Add a layer of mulch to protect the evergreen foliage in colder climates, but once the weather becomes warmer, remove the mulch. This will prevent root rot. ‘Fire and Ice’ needs a sunny site with well-drained soil, but will tolerate some shade in the afternoon along with humidity.  Regular watering during prolonged dry spells will be necessary.  However, this plant is tolerant of short periods of dryness. The charming flowers look wonderful as a border plant, rock gardens, along walks or paths, for edging and a definite in cottage gardens. ‘Fire and Ice’ provides showers of cheerful raspberry colored flowers that are dappled in pink.  You can enjoy them in early spring, and again in early fall! * Easy to grow * Hardy * Drought tolerant

Hosta - Dance with Me - DetailsHosta - Dance with Me - Sale Price: $42.75
The Hosta Dance with Me, Hosta 'Dance with Me', will put on a fantastic performance in your landscape! A reverse of Last Dance, the ‘Dance with Me’ prefers part sun for the best color display.  The heart-shaped, nearly round leaves are thick and heavily textured and have a pale yellow color with light green margins. ‘Dance with Me’ will produce long season appeal and has a good resistance to garden pests.  It is a medium sized hosta and produces lavender flowers in late summer that attract hummingbirds. It is a low care perennial that is ideal for a slightly sunny area. This hosta grows best in moist, well-drained, highly organic soils with a pH between 5.5 and 7.5.  Sandy loam is better than clay because it provides more aeration for the roots.
