Phlox - Snowflake Phlox Snowflake, Phlox subulata 'Snowflake', produces aromatic, bright, and showy long-lasting flowers. Often called Creeping Phlox, it is a very versatile, low-growing perennial with striking and fragrant trumpet-shaped flower clusters that bloom profusely in late spring. Snowflake delivers a spectacular display of color when blooming; grows well in rocky or sloped areas. The pure white flowers of this creeping phlox can be used to give a classic elegant look when surrounded by greenery or for contrast among colors.
