Clematis - Purpurea Plena Elegans - Sale Price: $42.75 Clematis Purpurea Plena Elegans, Clematis viticella 'Purpurea Plena Elegans', has double reddish-purple 3 flowers that bloom profusely throughout the season. This elegant variety is very carefree and disease resistant. It thrives in full sun, but will grow in almost any location.  It was awarded Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit! 'Purpurea Plena Elegans' needs a supporting structure to grow properly.  Clematis is easy to grow in a rich, porous, alkaline soil with plenty of room for the roots to spread. Best performance is when the tops are in full sunlight and the roots are shaded, so apply generous mulch or a shallow-rooted ground cover near the base of the vine. Hosta - Lakeside Beach Captain - Sale Price: $42.75 Hosta Lakeside Beach Captain, Hosta 'Lakeside Beach Captain', is a sport of Hosta 'Lakeside Shore Master' with very narrow chartreuse leaf centers.  The large, blue-green leaves are of heavy substance and are corrugated. Its foliage is of heavy substance and is corrugated, making it slug resistant.  On a mature plant, the smooth, heart-shaped leaves form an upright mound 45” across.  'Lakeside Beach Captain' is topped in late spring with 20 scapes of near white flowers and is a dynamite specimen plant!
