Beebalm - Coral Reef
The Bee Balm 'Coral Reef', Monarda didyma 'Coral Reef', is a brilliant, neon coral-pink Bee Balm! This new selection has a habit similar to ‘Marshall's Delight’ and has demonstrated fairly good mildew resistance. Growing to 36-42 inches tall, 'Coral Reef' is an easy-to-grow native with hundreds of coral-pink flowers. Blooming in midsummer, it is a long-blooming and clean selection. This tough and aromatic plant attracts butterflies and hummingbirds with its sweetly scented flowers.   It spreads enthusiastically in moist soil, but is more restrained in the average garden.   It is best to deadhead regularly for repeat blooms, removing the spent flower and its stem down to the next bud or basal foliage.  Grow in full sun average to moist soil with good drainage.  Water well after planting and regularly until established. The exceptionally large, hot-pink blooms are long-lasting, so plant ‘Coral Reef’ where it can show off its bright color. * Drought tolerant * Aromatic * Mildew Resistant

Daylily - Sombrero Way - DetailsDaylily - Sombrero Way - Sale Price: $49.95
The Daylily Sombrero Way, Hemerocallis 'Sombrero Way', is fast becoming one of the most popular daylilies for gardeners!  It produces large clumps of long grass-like leaves with showy clusters of ruffled, rich orange lily-like blooms on tall stems. It is hard to find a good quality daylily with a nice, solid orange color, but that's what ‘Sombrero Way’ provides!  This mid-summer bloomer is ideal for the middle to back of a border plant because it will grow 2’ tall and as wide. The grass-like foliage is attractive all season long, and it will be back again every year with only minimal winter protection. Try 'Sombrero Way' in mixed beds and borders, containers and large mass plantings.  Plant as a ground cover on slopes, where they form a dense mat in just a few years.; attracts butterflies. This daylily is best cleaned up in early spring before it resumes active growth for the season. Divide 'Sombrero Way' every 3-5 years, or when the number of flower buds and the size of bloom begin to decline.   Deadheading spent buds and removing old scapes will improve overall look, but not improve plant performance.    Individual flowers last only one day, but since each plant produces many buds, the total blooming time of a well-established clump may last more than a month.   'Sombrero Way' flourishes in northern regions because it thrives with minimal attention and care.  The most inept gardener couldn't stop these beauties from brightening up his or her garden! * Solid orange color * Hardy * Durable

It has shiny, deeply veined, golden foliage which almost appears to give the leaves a stained glass effect.  Each leaf is surrounded by a dark green margin.  The fragrant lavender flowers of this hosta appear in late summer, providing bright color in shade along with its colorful foliage. ‘Stained Glass’ is a sun tolerant hosta and should be planted in any moist, well-drained spot.  This low care perennial is ideal for tubs and patio pots, and is one of the most popular landscape plants.  A great choice for any beginner gardener! Hostas grow best in moist, well-drained, highly organic soils with a pH between 5.5 and 7.5.  Sandy loam is better than clay because it provides more aeration for the roots.  It is best to keep areas around hostas clear of excess leaf debris to reduce the presence of slugs and snails.  ‘Stained Glass’ is most at home in woodland settings and often works well as specimen or edging plant.  Since it exhibits some sun tolerance, it can be located in partial sun to partial shade. * Golden foliage * Fragrant flowers * Superb grower
