Daylily - Sunny Honey - Sale Price: $49.95 The Daylily Sunny Honey, 'Hemerocallis 'Sunny Honey', is a repeat blooming daylily with a 3 1/2 inch honey yellow flower, with a green throat. It has evergreen foliage growing to 24 inches.  The plants do not usually require dividing for several years, but are easily split apart in fall or early spring.  The spent flower stems can be trimmed back after blooms are finished but wait to cut back the dead foliage until early spring. This plant should continue blooming from early summer to early fall.  'Sunny Honey' provides much enjoyment when planted in borders, containers, mass plantings, as a ground cover, and as cut flowers!  Planted together in large numbers, they quickly crowd out weeds and make a carefree and colorful ground cover.
