Daylily - Eenie Weenie
Daylily - Eenie Weenie The Daylily, Eenie Weenie, 'Hemerocallis 'Eenie Weenie', is a favorite summer-blooming sun perennial with showy clusters of 1>-inch light yellow flowers with a green throat. The Eenie Weenie is a true dwarf as the grass-like clumps of foliage reaches a mere 10 inches tall. It is an early to mid-season re-blooming daylily. To promote new foliage and re-bloom, cut the plant back to 6 inches after it blooms. This plant makes a fantastic groundcover or edging as it is a true dwarf. Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
