Peony - Felix Supreme - Sale Price: $71.35 The Felix Supreme Peony, Paeonia 'Felix Supreme', is a midseason bloomer with very large flower heads that are double dark ruby red. Felix Supreme is excellent for cutting. All of our peonies are widely adaptable to most soils across the country. They bloom in mid to late spring and have very large, colorful blooms that stand out in the spring garden. Peonies can handle dry to moist sites, and do best in full sun but can handle some light shade. Winner of the 2001 RHS Award of Garden Merit, Coreopsis ‘Zagreb’ is a little shorter than the rest of the Coreopsis family. With a plant height of 15” and a spread of 12-18”, its delicate dark green foliage has an airy and delicate appearance. ‘Zagreb’ should be planted in full sun. It is drought-tolerant and tough but does need well-drained soil. It should be cut backing early and late summer to extend the bloom period. Coreopsis Zagreb looks great with any type of grass, in borders or mass plantings in sunny gardens. It is very effective in naturalized areas, rock and cottage gardens or wild gardens. When Vino reblooms in late summer, the flowers become smaller, about 5 in diameter, and a lighter color. The Vino flowers are borne on side shoots growing from last year's shoots. Vino will bloom primarily on old wood of the previous season, with a second flush later in summer.  If necessary, prune it back every second or third year to just above a set of buds about 6-8 inches from the ground to allow it to rejuvenate.
