Elderberry - Variegated
Fast Growing Ornamental Shrub with Edible Fruit The Variegated Elderberry is a fast-growing, ornamental shrub with edible berries. It would make an impressive specimen plant for your yard, or plant several in a side or back yard to encourage wildlife. Your Variegated Elderberry is valued for its delicious berries, but perhaps even more often grown for its ornamental features. The pinnate, green leaves are adorned with showy edging that starts out golden-yellow and later softens to a creamy-yellow hue. The affect is striking, creating a soft, elegant appearance for your home landscape. In the spring, your Elderberry’s branches will be graced by 5-8 inch, flat clusters of scented, white flowers which later develop into black berries. Those berries are delicious in wines, preserves or other culinary dishes. The Elderberry also has a long history of medicinal uses. One of the best features of your Variegated Elderberry is that it’s a veritable magnet for wildlife. Butterflies and other pollinators love it spring through summer, and birds (and other wildlife), will flock to it in the fall for the tasty berries. The Elderberry can grow up to 12 feet tall and wide. It’s fast-growing, multi-stemmed shrub with a rounded nature. It’s quite hardy and won’t require any special care. The Variegated Elderberry is a hardy shrub with decorative leaves, showy spring flowers, delicious berries and wildlife appeal. All in all, it’s a shrub with a great deal to offer. * Decorative leaves* Edible berries* Spring flowers* Wildlife appeal

Butterfly Bush - Nanho Purple - DetailsButterfly Bush - Nanho Purple - Sale Price: $56.45
Nanho Purple Butterfly Bush, Buddleia davidii 'Nanho Purple', is sometimes called the Summer Lilac. Vigorous growing multi-stem plant, it has tiny individual purple flowers that are produced in profusion in long, dense trusses from July to September. It is more compactly leafed than most Butterfly Bush varieties. In northern areas it dies back in winter, so trim to 6-10 in spring.
